By accessing or using BuyerEdge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

BuyerEdge is an AI-powered negotiation assistance tool designed to help Australian property buyers prepare negotiation strategies, analyse building inspection reports, and assess inspection photographs. The Service is provided for informational and preparatory purposes only.

3. Not Professional Advice

BuyerEdge does not provide legal, financial, real estate, or building advice. All outputs generated by the Service are:

  • Produced by an AI model and may contain errors or omissions.
  • For informational and preparatory purposes only — not a substitute for advice from a licensed real estate agent, solicitor, conveyancer, or building inspector.
  • Not a guarantee of any negotiation outcome.

You should seek independent professional advice before making any property purchasing decision.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Australian law.
  • Upload documents or images you do not have the right to share.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in any manner.
  • Use AI-generated outputs to mislead, deceive, or misrepresent to any party in a property transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

The BuyerEdge name, logo, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to BuyerEdge. AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs are provided to you for personal use. You may not republish or commercialise these outputs without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, BuyerEdge is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content, including any loss relating to a property transaction. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep BuyerEdge available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
