2. Description of Service

BuyerEdge is an AI-powered negotiation assistance tool designed to help Australian property buyers prepare negotiation strategies, analyse building inspection reports, and assess inspection photographs. The Service is provided for informational and preparatory purposes only.

3. Not Professional Advice

BuyerEdge does not provide legal, financial, real estate, or building advice. AI review and research outputs generated by the Service are:

• AI-generated commentary and third-party research data may contain errors or omissions. Sourced property facts are distinguished from AI-generated material.
• For informational and preparatory purposes only — not a substitute for advice from a licensed real estate agent, solicitor, conveyancer, or building inspector.
• Not a guarantee of any negotiation outcome.
• Strata findings and any lot-level levy exposure are conditional on the supported text and documented allocation information supplied; verify approved and proposed levies, current records, and settlement responsibility with your conveyancer and strata manager.

You should seek independent professional advice before making any property purchasing decision.

Property Research data is sourced from Microburbs and accessed through your signed-in BuyerEdge account. Reports may be copied, downloaded as PDFs and emailed with their source attribution, snapshot dates and caveats retained. This does not permit bulk extraction or public republication of the underlying data. Provider coverage can be incomplete, automated estimates are dated and are not professional valuations, and risk overlays are not a clearance or inspection of the property. Reported sale dates may differ from contract or settlement dates.

Professional Help displays third-party business listings and ratings, not verified endorsements or guarantees of qualifications, insurance, availability, service area or state-specific legal expertise. Check these directly before engaging anyone. Enquiries are sent only after your approval; they do not book a service, authorise work or make a payment. BuyerEdge does not charge referral commissions. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Australian law.
• Upload documents or images you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in any manner.
• Use AI-generated outputs to mislead, deceive, or misrepresent to any party in a property transaction.
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions or misleading enquiries, or share documents and media without the necessary permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The BuyerEdge name, logo, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to BuyerEdge. AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs are provided to you for personal use. You may not republish or commercialise these outputs without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, BuyerEdge is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content, including any loss relating to a property transaction. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep BuyerEdge available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
