What BuyerEdge does
Buying property in Australia is one of the most significant financial decisions most people make. Yet buyers typically go into negotiations at a disadvantage — agents negotiate every day, buyers don't.
BuyerEdge keeps the work around a property together. Add it once, then use negotiation scripts, building and strata report reviews, inspection media, contract checks and buying-cost calculations. Pro voice negotiation practice (beta) lets you rehearse aloud with an AI-simulated agent and receive specific feedback before the real conversation. Signed-in review versions are dated and can be reopened without rerunning analysis.
The platform is free to start. Document reviews, including strata, are Pro features. Strata PDFs are limited to 20 MB, 600 pages and 1,400,000 extracted text characters, subject to processing and AI limits. Automatic text recognition supports up to 20 pages needing OCR. Follow-up questions use saved findings, not the original PDF after processing. Findings are a starting point for professional review, not legal or building advice.
