Is BuyerEdge free?
BuyerEdge has a free tier and a Pro plan. The free tier includes negotiation scripts (one property) and the buying costs calculator — no account required. Building report analysis, photo & video analysis, contract review, unlimited properties, and full analysis history require a Pro subscription.
Is the AI analysis accurate?
BuyerEdge uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to analyse your documents and generate scripts. The output is high quality but AI-generated — always verify important findings with a licensed professional before acting.
Are my documents stored?
Uploaded PDFs and images are processed to generate analysis and are not permanently stored beyond your session history. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does BuyerEdge work outside Australia?
BuyerEdge is designed specifically for the Australian property market — stamp duty rates, FHB concessions, auction terminology, and contract law context are all Australia-specific. It is not suitable for international property purchases.
Can I use BuyerEdge for commercial property?
BuyerEdge is optimised for residential property (houses, units, townhouses, apartments). The negotiation frameworks and contract review are tailored for residential purchases.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Account page inside BuyerEdge. There are no lock-in periods or cancellation fees. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Is my financial information secure?
BuyerEdge does not store your payment details — all billing is handled by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS payment processor. Property data and analysis history are stored securely in an encrypted database and are only accessible to your account.
Can I get a refund?
If you have a billing issue or feel BuyerEdge did not deliver as expected, email us at hello@buyeredge.app within 7 days of your charge and we will review it. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair.
