Each property you add to BuyerEdge uses one property profile slot. On the free plan you get one — so you can run negotiation scripts and buying cost calculations on one property at a time. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited properties.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel before their next billing date and won't be charged again. Quarterly subscribers retain access until the end of their paid quarter.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to free?
Your property profiles and analysis history are preserved. You'll just be limited to one active property and the free tools. Nothing is deleted.
Does BuyerEdge cover all Australian states?
Yes. The Buying Costs Calculator covers all 8 states and territories with correct stamp duty rates and first home buyer concessions. Negotiation scripts, building report analysis, and contract review include state-specific legal notes where relevant.
